7.What is the return policy of style andante? If you are unhappy with any purchased item, we are willing to refund you the original purchase price including sales tax within 20 days from the date of its receipt. Please fill out the MRECHANDISE RETURN FORM enclosed with the shipment and return the item in its original condition with the MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM for a full refund. Please note that we will not accept a return item if the andante tag is removed. |
8. Will you repair the item if the item is damaged? Yes, we would like to repair any item you purchased from us if we can still find the materials of the item. If it is unlikely to repair the item, say, your andante handbag is totally torn by your dog, then we have to say sorry. Just send the damaged parts and items, we will figure out how to fix them.
